What I have purchased and what I will purchase

4 jars sweet red cabbage "Blau Kraut"
4 jars Bavarian Kraut.
6 boxes of spatezel
10 pounds weiss wurst
6 pounds nurnberger wurst
4 pounds kalberwurst
one 7 pound loaf of fleischkase
3 pounds Italian brats "spicy"
6 pounds of country style pork chops
one bottle of red cooking wine
8 kinds of mustard

coming later...

Clasen bakery
3 dozen larger pretzels
3 dozen variety hard rolls
2 Bienestich desserts
1 black forest torte
2 loaves of multi grain bread

6 medium yellow onions
8 kinds of cheese
unsalted butter...2 pounds
one quart full heavy cream
3 pounds of spiral cut ham
