I'm not gonna make anything for myself this year, but I really enjoy jalapeno poppers.

core out a bunch of nice sized jalapenos
Stuff them with your choice of cheese...I like cream cheese, cheddar, and pepper jack
cut bacon strips in half and wrap them over the top and put a toothpick though it to hold
put them in the oven for an hour, flipping them half way through.

Nothing really special. Maybe some hot dogs or smokies over a grill as we watch the game in my cousin's fish shack  icon_thumright  Finally hooked up the satellite with a small tv and inverter to run it off of a normal deep cycle battery.

I did a google search for Super Bowl Snack Stadiums after seeing this one...there are literally hundreds of different ones.  Some good, some lame.
