Well we fans can look forward to the draft.  And free agency.  They have lots of holes to fill.
Almost thought they could pull it out today.

Didn't really want them to pull it out, get the draft picks. Woulda like to see more from Jimmy for his last game but when the whole offense sucks, you can't do much. Hopefully they do some work in the off season and get some things figured out.

Wish I could be more optimistic about the qb situation, the stadium situation and the Viking draft braintrust.  Otherwise I'm extremely excited about next year:-)  dontknow

I was really impressed by what I saw from Joe Webb. I think he's a far better QB then Ponder. Plus Webb seems more durable.

The stadium issue hadn't concerned me a whole lot until I saw this morning that their lease on the Dome expired today! Now they have to get that issue settled! I wonder what will happen if they don't get it taken care of right away! Even if they started building immediately, would there be enough time to get it done before next season? Zygi Wilf is a very sharp business man so I'm sure he has a contingency plan ready. I like Joe Webb also but I don't think he has the making's of an elite quarterback. I'm thinking that given enough time, Christian Ponder will become one! I watched Tarkenton from day one and he had to go through all the same stuff that Ponder is going through now. I'm more concerned about the defensive backfield! Let's hope that we can sign a quality free agent to give us some immediate help and then address this need in the upcoming draft. Some new help on the O-line wouldn't hurt either. GO VIKES! DIRTBALL2 bs

They need an o-line and some new defensive backs.

trade down their 3rd pick for more picks or maybe pickup an o lineman. trade some guys and get some free agents.
