I am sure I will see you in the audience..  Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is hosting a Minneapolis fundraiser for Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann's reelection effort. Bachmann's campaign announced today that the 2008 Republican nominee for vice president would headline a private event on April 7 at the Hilton Hotel in Minneapolis. The campaign says plans for a rally are also in the works. Bachmann is seeking a third term in central Minnesota's 6th Congressional District. Two Democrats are seeking the nomination to run against her. Palin was last in Minnesota in December as part of a book tour ISNT THE TITLE TO THAT SHOW ALREADY TAKEN????? DUMB & DUMBER!!!!! |

Well to give you all the Soap Opera update. Simply put "THE PITS".
Well when we last left you, we all got checks last Friday. I got 3 out of 7. 1 person got 5 out of 8 and 1 got an undisclosed number. Well all of them bounced this week. Mine took 7 days and of course not having one for a while, I decided we should pay the mortgage, and that one will be bouncing right back. Yesterday he calls and tells us not to come in, so I kinda enjoyed the day off watching the hockey tourney. I have my contacts that kept me updated as to what is going on at the office. Well our phone cards we re-poed. The guy I guess walked in and straight to the computer room and pulled the cards. Today he wont answer his phone, but we do know he has a meeting with the banker at 11:00 AM. B-4 we go back and the 5 remaining employess will not go back until a certified check is awaiting us. SO I GUESS I AM ON STRIKE (copyright Tom and Glenn). Oh ya and that does not include the health and dental Ins. That is now a major issue also, as he let the policy expire and since it expired, we can not apply for cobra. How are we doing so far. ( enter commercial now).

so you at home now? i can furnish you with strike signs. need help picketing? seriously that really stinks.i feel for ya real bad. look into making him liabel for overdraft fees etc if you can. we have an issue here at the hall similar. suppose your going to the bank meeting?

Personally what I had done and you should consider,Go to the courthouse and file a lien aginst his personal property,not his house but,car,truck,snow machines,4 wheelers,boat etc.
File for more than he owes,Hardship! Let the sheriff after legal time repo and sell at auction.To repay you before he files bankruptcy.Get a lien before he has a chance to transfer any titles of personal property,to cousins,uncles etc.
I was a subcontractor and when robbed I learned I could do this.You also have to keep the liens couuent They expire every ????? 6 mos.????? cant remember!
GOOD LUCK screw him before its you who gets the shaft!

Good luck Gary...man that sucks big time. Do like Sparce says, because when Panelcraft went out of business, the state attorney general said there wasn't anything left for the kids to file a claim against. The big boys will be going after him right away, so you need to get there when they do.

Glenn, not and never invited to those meetings. We just have to wait/ We do have a plan in place, and we(5 of us will implement when the time comes). Remember he has already lost his house and GMAC is looking for his car. He is financed to the hilt. His family has the bucks to cover him, but I think they gave him alot already, so there not to interested in giving more, I am sure. He does have a few toys, a 4 wheeler, 2 jey skis, 2 sleds, 2 20 foot plus boats, but I think the line will be long.

Good day all,
Sorry, been trying to get things straightened out with the job from HE!!. A lot of things have or have not happened since last week. Of course mostly bad. They are changing the locks today as the owner of the building is now involved and it is getting heated. I was alerted to the changing of the locks and have every employee left coming in to retrieve their personal stuff only. The bank is now involved more. My boss is in hiding and it goes on and on.
So going forward to all who have it, this e-mail address with be gone soon. I will have access from home.

That's really unfortunate Gary, sorry to hear that. I think I only have your work email so buzz me your other one sometime if ya want. Do you have any leads on a new job at all? I know it's slim pickin's out there. Wish you the best. The boss seems to be a mini Hecker and just running and hiding. What a punk. If you can't take care of your business that's one thing, but to drag your employees through all this crap is unreal and shows he has no regard to anyone but himself. |
