Hey Guys new here!!!  I saw this site on CL and thought I would check it out. Is this site in any way related to FM??? I sure hope not, but I see there are some people on here from there and thats why I am wondering.

Anyway we are having a big get together on Waconia on the 22nd. Last time it was a great turn out and we are hoping to make this one better. If you are interested in coming the only things you need to bring would be your beverage of choice, and something to share, whether it be a meat, salad, or what have you. Let me know what you are willing to bring.      THANKS

Welcome to UMO Fishnhut4life, good to have you here. We are not affiliated with FM. I started a guide service and while building my site found I could have forums added on. I wanted a place for everyone to enjoy and let loose. I do post on FM as well as Sandmannd. Good to have you over here and thanks for the get together post. I hope some here will attend. I won't be able to make it as I have a tourney the day before and my wife only gives me one weekend day.

Hey Chris,

Hopefully this site is better.  Did you talk to anyone, not kicked off of FM, to take over the planning?

I don't know about you but im gonna start promoting this site.  :)

I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important but because so many other concerns of man are equally unimportant and not nearly as much fun.

Is it hunting season yet?

190 miles and about 3 hours, that was for last year but im sure me and chris will get one going again this year, probably about the same time if not earlier.

I think there was talk about one being on waconia on the 30 of Jan.

here is a link for directions http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=duluth,+MN&daddr=waconia,+MN&hl=en&geocode=&mra=ls&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=27.643082,56.162109&ie=UTF8&ll=45.782848,-93.02124&spn=3.03403,7.020264&z=7
