Last Saturday I had the pleasure of once again hooking up with Mike and swanni! These guy's are a hoot! :laughing6:Great fun to be had in their company! They even brought Sage along! That dog is a genuine love slut! After one or two pet's, she was ready to crawl into my lap! Not maqny fish got into harm's way. swanni claimed she had caught a small sauger before I got there. Not sure whether I can believe her or what! While I was there, I did manage to contribute a nice, plump 16" sauger to the fish bucket. I'm afraid I failed miserably as swanni's Personal Fishing Coach! And my #1 Assistant Coach, glenn57, was no help at all! Probably off somewhere dipping his beak into yet another beer! :laughing6:I left there around 1:00 to head over to Wheeler's Point where I was supposed to hook up with another bunch of icefishing yayhoo's! Had no luck at all trying to find them so headed back to where swanni and Mike were. On the way back my narcolepsy started making it's presence known. The only way I could stay alert was by keeping my window open slightly. Made for some chilly driving! Gave it up as a bad day and beat feet homeward! DIRTBALL2
