This Ventilator Spinner Bait really has what it takes to give you an edge when targeting Northern Pike, Bass and other larger game fish. Starting with The Ventilator #5 Colordao Blade and backed up with a Ventilator #3 Colorado Blade for the kicker, these blades will give off more vibrations and cause fish to strike more aggressively. Using a twisted wire to keep your line right where you want it at all times. Followed by a great minnow head look with the addition of Red Bubble Eyes and a #5/0 Red Mustad Hook and a beautifully designed skirt to match the other parts of the bait. Field tested and a proven consistent producer of large fish. Comes in six great fish  catching colors and 3/8 oz. body.

Check out the whole line at JB Lures!

The red/black ventilator is something else for those big Mississippi River backwaters pike. I'll carry 2 rods rigged with JB's spinner baits when I am snooping for bass in the backwaters and one is going to be red/black without fail. If I get a swing and miss from a bass or pike or any unknown variety, I set down whatever brought the strike and lay that red/black right in the same spot on the next cast. More often than not, it gets the fish.

I may have to pick up some of these.  I like to use spinner baits for bass fishing.  These look great.

Good looking baits...when I'm casting the shallows for pike, I always have two rods: one with a spinnerbait and the other with a Mepps Black Fury #3 or #4.

For those who have not taken the time to look at what JBLures offers, you should. You might be amazed at the tackle they make.

I checked my spinnerbait box last night and found that I was out of the  red-orange/black spinnerbaits and had to order some more. This season is coming up quickly now. I also ordered some spare blades for making walleye spinners.

These blades and spinners are entirely US made, right here in Minnesota in fact. You will NOT find a better paint job on these components anywhere in the world.

If you click on JB's banner, you'll be taken to their home site where you can call and order a printed catalog should you like to see what they offer in print. The catalog is free.

Here are a few of the colors of the ventilators I ordered from Tom. That orange/black is just a death sentence for northerns.

At the top of the pic are the 8 colors of spinner blades I ordered for making walleye in-lines. These are the #3 Indianas in the Hot Flash series. Occasionally I like to make up a custom number and these blades make the task a snap.

All of JB's painting is done right here in the state and the guy that gets it done is an ace at it. Nobody, and I do mean nobody, can coat a spinner or jig or a blade like this guy does.

If there are any crankbait trollers out there, JB makes a line of deep and shallow crankbaits geared for waldo and JB also has some stickbaits for doing the same that are great producers. I use the stick baits and the crankbaits on Lake Superior on occasion with super success.

Those colors look great!  I will definitely be getting my hands on some of these.
