We were planning on Saturday AM to my favorite crappie lake close to the cities. Woke up at 3:30 for a 4:30 depature. Wanted to be on the lake by 6:00. Well it was pouring out and I wanted no part of it, so we delayed it until 8:00am. I went back to  sleepy2 sleepy2
Time was not our side and had to be home by 1:00ish, so we went to Spring Lake and caught 75 crappies between 3 of us in about 3 hours or so. Didn't get home until 2PM. Packed the 30 on ice and cleaned them up after I got home from a B-day party.
The bad thing the 2 neighbors I took don't clean fish. BangHead BangHead BangHead
All in all a good day after the storm.
Fished in 12-14 feet first break line, no minnows. No hot color plastic either. It didn't matter. South side
KIDS would have a blast. wav wav wav
