I got invited to fish up north by Patrick, we went after huge bluegills and found lots of bass ready to intercept whatever we cast into the lake. If you downsized to a tiny jig, tiny bluegills would be non stop, so I stuck with my favorite big bluegill bait, a leech and caught many bass and pike, but also ended up getting the big bluegill at 10;7 inches. Winds gusting over 30 mph, and no boat anchor limited us to where we could fish too, but we still made it into a fun day on the lake!
