I am looking for a commercial Deep Fryer.  A gas table top model would be great but willing to look at any available.  I am looking for one that is 25-30 lbs rated and prefer one that runs off from a pilot light system.

Know any restaurants that went out of business recently? They always look to piece those out. Check the Twin Cities craigslist for ones under the commercial equipment.

I have been kind of watching them but any of the online auctions it appears more of the auction companies have been running up the bids.  Then most of the others I have seen have either been to large, require electricity or they want new prices.

I want to put this on a "grill" trailer for a portable kitchen.

Craigslist isn't an auction site, it is a one price deal...I have seen fryers on there before.

I have been watching that one a little bit too.  I have been looking for one for a while but just not real hard.  Now it is getting down to the need thing instead of the want thing.  Thanks for the info.
