Yah the bridge is bad that is a fact.BUT to the extent it is exaggerated (media) on Inspector America. They make it sound as though its gonna fall any day now.I rate this FALSE and FEAR MONGERING.Our country did leave infrastructure go to hell in a basket!! since it was built in the 50s and on not much improvement!
I have heard, what I thought should be done with our roads a long time ago, is going to start happening. That is designing our heavy traveled roads as Germany did with the audubon,Heavy high compacted fill with at least 10 inches of steel reinforced hot concrete.Rather than our chicken snit 6 inches of standard mix.Yah its gonna cost lots more LOTS more but it will last at least 20 years longer with little up keep.
