I normally do one Flyrod a year outta winter boredom. This one is unfinished from last winter. Its 8 or 9 foot bamboo, rosewood handle with cork grip,Brass ferrules and end cap it has two tips a light and Med heavy. The pics are poor but I  just dont know how to get a good pic with the small field and the length of the rod.

Ivee never fly fished but its on my to do list.

I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important but because so many other concerns of man are equally unimportant and not nearly as much fun.

Is it hunting season yet?

If you ever want to try one out, I have 5 all tied up and ready to go.Of course some backyard practice is helpful.Every spring I take one and practice in the yard before I take it to the water.

Once you get the hang of it maybe 6-8 hrs for a 8 ft fly rod. I have no rod holders, nor thread spoolers for constant tension no equipment,I learned a long time ago and all is by hand.
