Post up here if you are interested in doing a jig swap with fellow members who also make their own.

Maybe do a few different weeks or something. Say one week is Craft select, flashabou, rubber, kiptail, bucktail, bou, etc. Get guys to expand their knowledge.

Im not going to set an exact number of jigs yet, last thing I want is 100 guys here all of a sudden join up after saying each person tie ten jigs for each person. Thinking smaller quantities. Maybe get Dobbins involved to get some sweet photos.

The other thing I want to stress is that no one will ridicule or make fun of what you tied. I want everyone who ties to get involved and not be ashamed or embarrassed about their product. We all want something to put fish in the boat and use this as a learning tool.

If interested post here.

I hosted a Jig Swap on another site and it was alot of fun everyone tied six jigs 5 for the swap and one for the host.  I think we had around 12 guy's get involved and it turned out good.  I would be interested in getting in on this if it's a go. icon_thumright

That sounds like a great idea, and I don't even use flies.

Sounds good!  How many members would like to get in a jig swap?

We would need at least 15 guys to pull off a good jig swap.  Is there any more interest in a Jig swap?
