If I'm not mistaken dont the rules BAN any sale of ANY bear parts? I know even taken legally the gall blatter cant be sold and ya can get big bucks for them. but the rules state ANY Parts.

In addition to the gall bladder, I think this covers claws removed from the foot, and teeth removed from skulls. The skull itself may be exempt from sale as well. There is no restriction on hide sales as long as the licence and registration info are retained and given on a bill of sale. A bear hide without the feet attached is pretty much worth nothing.

Tom....that would have to be one big bear to have enough hide just for the stones and hinds.

It's OK Tom, I wear my "Big Boy" pants most of the time so I can take. Especially when I dish it out.

Keep in mind Gary that he has to get drawn first. Then he has to shoot one. Cart before the horse senario here.
But that suggestion about the rug and a roll sounds interesting. I say go for that. Take videos of the escapade and use them for marketing tools. If you get good at killing bears, you might be able to make a killing providing non-hunters [like peta personalities] with their very own rollin rug....or just sell the videos. Retirement you know....
