You ever see some of the stuff this guy eats??  puke  If I would have to do even half the stuff Bear Grylls does to survive I think I would give up. He sure does make it interesting!!

Bear Grylls is an idiot. No one would be wise to run willy-nilly through the wilderness like this character does!
As one who has had military and civilian survival training,...I'm telling ya'...the guy is a joke.

YEP right on there whisker! I do watch it at times for a laugh. The true survivalist is Les Stroud,Heck no film crew to save him, but then again thats why Bear can do stupid things his crew is right there. Thst guy and his wife Who are they?? anyone see them? thats not too bad they also have no crew.
So does anyone think Bear is teaching something, that at some time may get someone in trouble by following his adventures??

I believe the show you are talking about is man. woman. wild.

yes that too is a pretty good show.  Gotten several good ideas from these shows and also the one called dual survival.

That's the case in any show, reality show or even news clip now days. Somebody who's pretty short on a full deck will go out and try to do something like this that will cause them a lot of harm or even death.

I just call that "Natural Selection".  hello

I agree Shane. NATURAL SELECTION.

There is one more show called "Survivor-man" although none of them have impressed me all that much. Any good outdoors man could do just as well.

Survivorman was one of my favorites. He never seemed to do anything extreme like eat rotting carcasses. Les Stroud now does Survive This and is starting a new show I can't quite remember the name of. Looks pretty cool on the ad the other day.
