This new modification should make life simpler for those that like to post links. When you click the URL button it will pop up and have you put in the web address you want and then what you want to call it. This only works in a new thread or when you hit the reply button, it does not work in the quick reply. Using this will make it show as below:

When you go to reply there is a button, under the word types and above the smiles, that has a globe with a piece of paper on it. If you "hover" over it, it says "Insert Hyperlink". Click on that and fill it out and you are good to go.
