Medium-Light Power Spinning Rod - "Smoothie"

Limit Creek's walleye model, the LCS69MLF is medium light power fast action high modulus graphite spinning rod, and is so sensitve you'll feel every bite. A true walleye all purpose workhorse, it excels at live bait rigging, split shot rigging, casting light jigs, vertical jigging, and slip bobbering. If you have a go to finesse walleye presentation our LCS69MLF is your go to rod.

This is personally my favorite rod and my "go to" rod. I would put them against any high end rod any time.

Price for the rod is a very reasonable $90.00. Shipping is $15.00 to your door. You can save the shipping cost by picking them up from me in St. Paul weeknights and weekends or in Roseville weekdays.

I have them in stock so get yours today!!

These appear to be a good quality rod after reading about them. I might have to order one with my gear just to test it out.

these are great rods, I went from the $40 rods a few years ago to St Croix's and then the last 2 years incorporated the Smoothie's into my arsenal and now my $200+ rods don't get used and I use the smoothies!  Great rod and great price point!

Where are these made?  Are they comparable to St Croix Avid series? or maybe better?

I'll tell you that I have St. Croix rods and have switched over to the smoothie and other Limit Creek rods. I believe they are made over seas but Turk is local and is a great guy.

For comparison I would compare it to the avid's especially for rigging.  I have an avid I use to love for riggin, but I have switched to the smoothies.  I was very comfortable with the feel of avid rod, but the smoothie just has a better feel to it with finding bottom, feeling the weight, and feeling the slightest bite.

I've heard tons of great stuff about the Smoothies. People who I've fished with that have them rant and rave about them. My only hesitation about getting a Smoothie is my preference toward longer rods, 7'+. I still think a Smoothie will be my next rod purchase.

I hear you but at 6'9" there really isn't that much of a difference and I find it handles better then my 7'6" avid riggin rod.

When Limit Creek starts making an ice version off the smoothie I will happily test it out for them. Who do I contact to get on their product test team for their ice rods when they get there?

I've talked to Turk about ice rods. Not in the works yet but I do know he's got some new rods coming out sometime this year I believe. Can't wait to get my hands on anything new they come out with.
